What is U4EA ?

U4EA (EUPHORIA) is a fun, high energy, exciting, great sounding wedding party band.

Our performances are fun, high energy, exciting, and great sounding . Our standard 5 piece line up consists of 2 female lead singers (Drums) and 3 male performers (Guitar, Bass, Keyboards). We can also add a Sax Player / male vocalist if you wish a bigger sound. Our sound is tight, like the record, with great harmonies..

What U4EA is NOT !

We are NOT an agency or a thrown together group. We do NOT bait and switch. When you book us, you get us. If we are not available for your wedding, we might refer you to another group, but we do NOT double book, and send someone else ... ever !!

Why are you guys so much cheaper than most other wedding bands?

We are LESS EXPENSIVE but not cheap. We do not sacrifice quality of our performances.
The reason we charge less is simple; We Love to Play Music. We are long time musicians who do this for fun, not for a living. All of us have successful day jobs. We would rather play weddings, with fun people who like to party than to do anything else. We have fun, and that comes through in our music and your enjoyment.

Are the musicians that appear on your website page the ones who will perform at my party?

Yes. We are not an agency who may switch musicians. Unless one of us is ill, you will get all of us as specified. Unlike most `agency' bands, we do not use substitute musicians.

What if we want to add horns?

Although we do the vast majority of our shows as a five-piece band, maintain a database of top session players and have written arrangements. We often add a fantastic saxophone player who also sings great.

What type of music do you play?

We play the music that you want to hear, and party to.
Your guests will be pleased by our wide range repertoire including; Disco, Dance, Rock, Soul, Hits of 70's 80's. 90's, and Today's Top 10, Jazz, Contemporary Country, Classical, Motown, R&B, Blues, Big Band, and more.

Do you do special requests?

We will try to accommodate your requests for your special songs such as; first song, father/mother first dance, with either live or pre-recorded sound. We have a selection over of 200 live songs, and 5000 pre-recorded for everyone tastes.

Should the size of my party determine the size of the band?

With the exception of a small combo for small parties (under 30 people), the size of the band should not be related to the size of the party. What is important is that the band plays the right music at the right volume for the room.

Will the band provide continuous music?

Yes. We specialize in providing Non-Stop Entertainment.
Besides the wide repertoire of our Live Performers, we provide a selection of over 5000 songs for all tastes and situations. From Classical and Smooth Jazz during cocktail hour to selection of love songs throughout to keep the mood going.

How many breaks does the band usually take during a four-hour reception?

This is where experience comes in. We work with your caterer to time the flow of your party to insure a smooth running event. We normally try to only take two breaks. One when the hot entree is served, and the other during dessert and coffee, after you've cut your wedding cake. A typical remark we hear from many caterers and photographers is: "You guys finish your first set when most bands are taking their second break." We try to play continuously until they begin serving the hot entree. This can be up to an hour and forty-five minutes into the reception.

Can music be provided for our ceremony and cocktail hour?

Yes, below is the list of available choices, all of which can be added to your wedding package.

	Pre-Recorded Music	A selection of Classical, Jazz, or any music of your choice.
	Soloistt (piano or guitar)	This is the most common choice for ceremonies and cocktail hours. Our keyboards or guitar has performed at hundred of successful ceremonies and cocktail hours.
	String trio or quartet	Players are from the area's top performing orchestras.
	Horn trio or quartet	Players are from the area's top performing orchestras.
	Jazz duo, trio or quartet	For cocktail hour.
	Ethnic groups	For cocktail hour, ceremony, or alternating between band sets.

If other instrumentation is desired, such as a vocalist, harpist, flutist, or bagpipes, we will be happy to arrange that as well.

Who does the emceeing and coordination between the caterer, band, photographer, and videographer?

We do. This is your special day. You should relax, party, and have a great time with your guests. You have spent a lot of time, effort, money and energy planning and organizing your reception over the last year. We are experienced in running a parties, leave it to us and feel assured that everything will run smoothly, as planned. You can relax and have a great time!

What does the band wear?

We are always neat, clean, and professional. Depending on the party, the venue, and season, the men usually wear black formal attire with black micro-fiber or silk shirts and the females wear white or red.

When does the band setup?

The band usually sets up one and one half-hours prior to the beginning of the reception. Other arrangements can be made if necessary.

How much space does the band need?

Different configurations of your room set-up may warrant otherwise, but typically we need an area approximately 23' across by 10' deep. We will be happy to coordinate with the cater to determine what is best for your reception.

How are payments made?

Once you determine that you wish to book U4EA, and we have your date available, we will send an Entertainment Agreement via a PDF email. We ask that you sign and fax back the signature page to secure your date for 10 days. This gives you enough time to mail a hard copy along with a deposit check. Deposits are normally 1/3 of the agreed upon price.

This will secure your date and assures that we will not book this date with anyone else. Balance of payment, gratuities and overtime charges (if any) are paid directly to the bandleader in cash, due at the start the engagement.
